I had originally booked a room at a property that ended up being an Airbnb. I got there. I had no way of getting in had to go to the bathroom so I left and came back trying to get a hold of the host two hours later Hotels.com got me into another safe place to sleep before it got dark, this was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Hotels.com for taking care of me.

Nothing against staff, but besides the homeless people there was a lot of sketchy people that came and went at all times. We didn’t really feel safe enough to stay the night… there was a guy outside shining a light to see into the rooms and then that same guy was so high he started to pretend he was making love to the floor and start screaming for more… It was a lot my gut feeling was just to get out of there…nobody follows the non smoking… most rooms smell like smoke or mariguana… I wouldn’t stay again if I ever go back to Tacoma.

It looked like they were in the middle of closing down. Pool empty, grounds over grown restaurant closed, but the staffwas friendly and the room was clean.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, however when we arrived, someone was smoking weed outside the lobby area. Hotel was musty, dated, and the furniture in the room was worn. Other "guests" onsite seemed questionable/if-fy. I wasn't comfortable there, so we ended up not staying.
