I was very impressed with how clean the room was. All the staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Sandy, from the bistro, (I hope I got her name right), was a delight. She was so kind and friendly to talk with. Excellent service! Also the kind gentleman that brought us our food was excellent. It felt so good to be around the staff here. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and attentive. The environmental staff were friendly and polite. The staff of a hotel strongly reflects on the experience of your stay. They work hard and it didn’t go unnoticed. We have stayed at other places and said we will never go back there. This is not one of those. We would come here. Great job! My brother recommended this location. Great job everyone!

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean, nice pool & outdoor area. Only complaint is that the bed was wayyy too firm & hurt my back. Small property for the chain but safe & quiet stay! Breakfast not included. I would stay again for the safe space & quiet.

The room was small and not the best smell

We stayed at this Courtyard Marriott for 4 nights, and unfortunately housekeeping was a major disappointment. Despite requesting room cleaning during our stay, our room was never serviced. When we followed up, housekeeping only brought fresh towels and washcloths and removed the used ones, but the room itself was not cleaned at all...no bed made, no trash emptied, no general upkeep. For a multi-night stay, this level of service fell well below expectations, especially for a Marriott property. The lack of proactive housekeeping and follow-through after requests made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. This experience definitely needs improvement.
