We stayed here on our road trip and found this hotel just perfect for us . Location was good just outside the hustle of Hollywood but still within reach of all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean and a great 60,s theme going on .

The receptionist who assisted me in check-in was not welcoming. He didn't even smile. He was very selective of guests because prior to me he was lovely chatting with two Asians that maybe fancier than me. Just disappointed because I’m Asian too and didn't get the treatment I was expecting from a 5 Star Hotel. I was disappointed. I smiled and being so nice, I even waited. I was so done when I was asking him about the pool, I was little confused about it so I asked again. But I can tell on his tone that he wasn’t having it. So I said, okay maybe you were tired I can figured out tomorrow. I wish I stayed in Beverly Hills Hotel rather than here tbh. I went to Beverly Hills hotel yesterday and the server there were all welcoming. I came from a beach so I looked so tired and not like those two Asians that looking fancy. I think the receptionist name is Robin. My room is okay. 4th Floor, the view is not great. I will never book again even I’m a Hilton member. I will just book Beverly Hills Hotel next time. The service upon check-in was a disappointment. And there was a dirty tray beside my door. I don’t like hotels employees that treating guests because I didn’t have a fancy car or I’m not on expensive outfit. It threw me off. Pls be nicer. Thats all. Below pics welcomed me from a 5 Star Hotel. Also, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. You’ll get two bottled water. Upon check-out, the other receptionist was warm. And I really appreciate that as this trip was a birthday trip to myself.

Regarding the ambience as well as the attitude of the staffs, this hotel is really nice place to stay, however, the price of the valet parking service is a bit higher that I expected.

It was good location but the hotel was old need improvement

Relatively convenient hotel with heaps of food options nearby and within 20 mins walk of rodeo drive. Rooms are hugeeeee and the staff are lovely. Super accommodating of my travel plans and allowing me to check in early after a long flight.
