Wonderful stay! The breakfast staff was amazing and so friendly. The front desk, valets, and housekeeping were all professional, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was clean, smooth, and well managed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I was really pleased with the staff's kind assistance. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and when I was about to leave my luggage, they kindly showed me to my room, which made me very happy. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Our first room was disgusting with a dirty washcloth left in the shower with what looked like a pubic hair on it. There were also popcorn kernels on the counter. It very clearly was not thoroughly cleaned. We switched rooms (the front desk clerk was friendly and the only redeeming part of the hotel) and the next room had what looked like poop smeared on the bathroom light switch. I didn’t want to be a Karen and we were exhausted so we just didn’t touch the light and dealt with it. However we were on edge about the cleaning and health concerns at this point. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the complimentary breakfast, however we had a 6:30 time to leave so we weren’t able to have that (I have never had a breakfast start so late at any other hotel). The $45 for the valet was a surprise, but I do see that information on the site now. However the valet was rude. He told us to text him 10 minutes before we were ready to leave. We did that and we came down to check out and he was sitting in a chair lounging. We were in the lobby for another two minutes before he finally went to get our car. All in all, we will never stay at Home2Hilton again.

No slipper,no teeth paste ,no Free parking. Door can't close tightly, people in the room can see people in the bathroom. Very bad feeling.

Staff were incredibly friendly, always a joy to speak with. Even the valet drivers were outstanding
