It is an amazing hotel with an onsen. The only thing missing is a sauna.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, with kind and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and a thoughtful detail we appreciated was that the staff secured our luggage in our room before our arrival when we had it sent directly from Tokyo.
One point of feedback: it would be wonderful to offer cold water in the lobby, especially during the hot and humid seasons. Not only would this be a kind gesture, but it’s also important for guest comfort as they come and go during the day.
Another area for improvement is the laundry service. While it’s a convenient amenity, the process felt quite chaotic. With only two 2-in-1 washer/dryer machines available, guests often abused access by monopolizing them, making it difficult for others to use. The machines themselves also seemed worn out and didn’t clean or dry well. A fairer system—such as a waitlist—and upgraded machines would go a long way. In the meantime, I would recommend using a nearby laundromat for better results.

Great staff
Es war genial ruhig, hatte aber Annehmlichkeiten wie ein 24/7 „Public Bath“ mit typisch japanischem Design und Verhaltenskodex - super entspannend, das heiße Wasser (mit CO2 angereichert) nach einem langen Tag zu Fuß durch die Stadt.
Waschmaschinen gab es leider nur zwei, aber diese waren sehr gut und preiswert. Schwierig war, die Wäsche (nach dem Trockner) noch komplett trocken zu bekommen, weil die Fenster in unserem Zimmer nicht zu öffnen waren.
Mega war auch die fancy toilet und die kleine Badewanne.
Es gab auch Pre-Paid SIM Angebote auf dem Zimmer ausliegend, allerdings wäre so etwas eher wichtig bevor man anreist.
Ein Ladeset mit 3 verschiedenen Steckern lag ebenfalls bereit
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen diese sehr schöne Hotel in sehr günstiger ÖPNV Lage wirklich sehr.
