Nice, very cozy hotel in old city. Great location. Staff is polite and helpful. Good WiFi. My stay was nice and I feel comfortable.

Dear Sirs I have been an Expedia user for 20 yrs and yesterday while traveling in Baku we had a really bad experience. first with the hotel, we were supposed to have booked a 4 star hotel and upon arrival they said that the hotel was not in service anymore and was apparently closed down, but relocated to another building just contiguous to the other one, the building was horrendous, dirty, filthy, roaches on the floor, carpets full of dust and a kitchen with dirty plates, that was just across from my room, which I got on film for you to see, then we were more than 1 hr dealing with you guys on the phone paying long distance service without any progress trying to relocate and looking forward for your advice and guidance many times we were given names of hotel, but they were far away or super expensive and after many calls and attempts, unfortunately without success, we got tired, frustrated and upset with the circumstances, I can only hope to get a truthful apology from Expedia as well as full refund of my money, and finally to ask you to be more vigilant of the places that you advertise in your internet site. please let me know who to send the video of the hotel in Baku, booked from the Expedia internet site, for your internet update Sincerely Juan A Pastor-Cervantes Sent from my iPhone

IVA HOTEL DOESNT EVEN EXIST. NEW PROPERTY TOOK OVER THE HOTEL A MONTH AGO AND WE DIDNT HAVE ANY ROOM BOOKED TO MY NAME ! I STRONGLY DISAPPROVE EXPEDIA OF NOT CHECKING ON TIME WHETHER HOTEL EXISTS OR NOT. ITS A SUCH BIG MISTAKE. IM A LOYAL EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SINCE 2000 BUT THIS IS INEXCUSABLE .
