Pulling in the place looked deserted but I still tried to give it a chance. The front desk staff was very nice and the lobby looked great so I thought maybe the outside was deceiving. I went to check the room and immediately noticed how dusty EVERYTHING was. Cobb webs hanging. There were stains on the sheets on the bed. The lights sounded like they would spark at any moment when cutting them on. I requested a different room. The next room was equally as dusty. There was MOLD on the ceiling of the bath/shower. There was food left in the unclean microwave. Nothing bad been wiped down. There was some residue wiped on the headboards. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a room that was cleaned same day. She looked and both rooms were marked by housekeeping as cleaned that day. I asked if no one checks behind them because that was impossible to be called anywhere near clean. I asked to be refunded and I took my family elsewhere to a different hotel.

I had a great stay, upon arrival I was checked in promptly the staff was pleasant. The breakfast provided for free was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve stayed at in the Cleveland area. The room was clean had all the toiletries necessary from body wash to shampoos and conditioner. It even had lotion. Air conditioning was worked great. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable.

The inside is adequate and clean, except some areas do look like they need to be refurbished. The whole outside gives you a very negative side of opinion right off the bat. The hotel needs to be cleaned painted and upgraded
