Unsafe location. Potholes all over the parking lot. Rude staff members. Roaches coming from other rooms since this is a transient location with residents that pay weekly or monthly to live here. Cameras all over property but no one is watching the cameras. Unsafe don't stay here with family.

Relatively clean room. Potholes all around parking lot. Unsafe location. DANGEROUS old stairs in need of repairs or replacement. Rude staff members who are not a desk for extended periods of time. Drugs activity.

Check in was fast and simple however the first room we were given had a very strong mold and mildew odor as soon as you walked in. The baseboards and walls all along the outside of the bathroom under the sink and on the side we covered in about two feet of water damage and mold and the bathroom was dirty with black mold in the ceiling. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The next room I was given smelled strongly of men’s cologne as soon as you walked in but the only guest I saw was a large bug on the ac unit when I walked in. As I walked toward the bathroom to check it there were several other dead smushed bugs on the floor. I asked for a refund and found another place to stay for the same price but better accommodations across the freeway. I know this is a budget motel but basic cleanliness and hygiene should be simple standards to uphold for any place.
