23.04.12i have booked for the room with included breakfast so in the morning i came downstair and finished my breakfast then i went to checked out but the staff charged me for the meal!!! we argued for an hour and i showed everythings (my booking confirmation, my email, the picture that i captured about the room information)to claimed that i have booked the room that included breakfast but they refused and they told me that the booking information that they got for my booking didn't have breakfast included, they think it might be sth wrong with agoda and the owner want me to paid for this issued. i just want to know why they let me having my breakfast although they think I didn't have this promotion and still charged me. i argued with them for an hour that make me late for my work. At last i paid them for their whatever mistakes although i have the booking information that show my room is include breakfast. So they will never get any cent from me anymore and i would tell these to everyone i known about the worst place i have been in mu life!!!
