The hotel is beautiful. The room was lovely and clean, but the bed was rock hard. The breakfast hot foods were cold, and several people tried to find someone to fill the waffle batter, but no one was at the front desk for about an hour. I just left my key cards in the box after waiting. It really was a lovely place, though, and clean.

The room was clean and staff was really nice and welcoming. Complimentary snacks in the lobby. Pool looked nice if we'd had time to use it. Treadmill not functioning, not many breakfast options. We will stay there again and plan to eat/exercise elsewhere.

The room closet contained clothing, shoes, and personal belongings left behind by previous guests. Breakfast offerings were very limited, consisting mainly of danishes and cereal. Several items in the cafeteria were broken or not functioning properly. Additionally, the pool was not in service, despite calling ahead and being told it would be available. This was especially disappointing, as the pool was a main reason we chose this hotel for our son. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for the condition and amenities provided.
