room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable.

The stay was reasonable, however the rooms were not being cleaned to a satisfactory standard. E.g. for food consumed using the room's dinner plates which we left outside the room for collection on several days, the used food plates would be left as is and not collected for minimum 1 day by cleaning staff. Also, noticed a torn bed sheet. The external bath tub was also not cleaned every day. These items are not appropriate for a 5 star stay. We would rate this as a 4 star stay.

The staff were very attentive and greeted you with a smile and hello. Rooms were clean as was the whole hotel in general. Pool area was kept clean. Only niggle was the Shuttle service after 4pm. With the hotel located approx 3km from the Patong beach, no footpaths from the hotel and the sheer amount of traffic volume the 2 hourly shuttle could be with being made hourly after 4. They have two vehicles. It may help with return pickup delays. My patner and i waited at the Beach pick up for about 60 minutes after the scheduled pock up times and decided to get a taxi. Note to all....if you use rideshare in Phuket use Grab. Maybe a little more expensive than Bolt but way more reliable. Waited for over 30 mins on one occasion usung Bolt and in that time 10 riders accepted and then either canceled themselves or requested I canceled. Again this is no reflection on the hotel and we are looking at the Fusion hotel chain for our return trip to Vietnam.

Very friendly staff and great place to stay for families. Bit away from the main malls, beach, and the city, but that makes it less noisy and secluded.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fusion Suites Phuket Patong during our honeymoon. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were especially touched by the small gifts we received on both Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The team was always available and helpful at all hours whenever we needed assistance. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we would be happy to return in the future.
