I would never recommend this location. I have stayed at many Super 8's over the span of my lifetime and have never had an unpleasant experience such as this one. We checked into our motel room (212) and were greeted by a musty cigarette smell, sticky caked on floors, a dirty bathtub, and worst of all, BUGS IN THE BED with stained linen and hair. We requested to move rooms and were told we should have looked at the room prior but would be accommodated (210). The next room was NO better. The tub was filthy with mold at the bottom and blue liquid squirted on the walls and sides, stained linens, a remote missing the back, sticky caked on floors and a washcloth with what looked to be fecal matter hidden behind the bathroom door. Getting in at 130am, we decided to make the best of our situation and went to the desk the next morning to get the room clean. On the way to the room, I noticed a room next to our old room (212) that was open, a linen room, and quickly found out why the linens were the way they were. They weren't properly stored. The linens hanging off the wrack, unfolded and partially lining the floor. The only positive thing I can say here is we did get our room serviced each morning after. I have never had to request a room change in my life, nor a room service. In fact, they didn't even have DND door hangers in the room, which I use at every motel I stay at since I would rather not rather the cleaning staff. I was in town for my grandfather's funeral, traveling over 1,000 miles, and expected to have a half decent room. This was completely unacceptable. I hope in the future, this problem is fixed and a proper audit is done
