Hotel is clean, with updated rooms. It was quiet and in a safe location. A big plus is that parking is included. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Hotel is near the intersection of Venice and Broadway. Lots of small restaurants in the area along with some bars. Was in the city on business and just needed a clean place to stay. For the price point this hotel was an excellent option.

I stayed three night. I was out most of the day and just coming back to sleep at night. The room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in and nice staff. The location made it easy to get to North Beach where I spent a lot of time. Good bars and restaurants are easy to get to by bus or walking.
