Breakfast was great with large clean rooms.

I booked Residence Inn, because I have the ability to cook. However, it's funny how in 2025, they don't have non-stick pans or skillets for making eggs. Hope they make that change. The next issue is the room service or room refresh as they like to call it. At check-in time they say it's every alternate day. However this time round, the room service individual for my floor very casually forgot to follow that schedule, which resulted in me following up with Housekeeping and Front Desk to get it done on one of the allotted days which was frustrating. From a cleanliness standpoint it is important they stick to the alternate day schedule, as folks who chose to cook their own food, have more waste and generally have needs for vacuuming and emptying the dustbin. Hope the management takes note and helps improve this situation. Overall, I still think this is an excellent hotel/residence option and I would recommend it for all travellers looking for an awesome place in the heart of Downtown Calgary.
