APA 호텔 우에노 이나리초 에키키타

Hotel staff was very rude and the condition in the room was not acceptable, i found hair on my bed before using it, toilet tub was leaking, the room size is terribly small, i have booked 2 rooms, 2 adults, 1 teenager, passport copy were made by the hotel staff when check-in, however, when hotel realized, they have missed to take the passport of the 3rd person, they keep on contacting me by calling to the room, sending letter to the room, sending message to your TV screen which made me feel like i've done something not appropriate, I forgot my key in the room and requested to open the door when i need to use the toilet urgent, the lady at front desk made me waited until after she questioned about me and made me waited for her to finish her message using computer and show me the translation. There is only one lift in the hotel for the entire building which made the waiting time even longer. I personally do never come back to this hotel again, it was my Christmas holiday, despite the room charge may be lower than the other hotel in the markets but this hotel totally ruined my family holiday. Again, i did not do anything not allowed, i have booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 teenager. What is wrong with this hotel. The check out at 10am is something not acceptable as well, we do not even have time to fresh up before check out after breakfast. Please review your hotel situation and most importantly, treat guest nicely, we all need to pay for our stay, not free of charge.
