에덴 리조트 푸쿠악

편안한 시설 정말 좋았습니다.

리조트 부대시설이 훌륭한건 아니지만 깔끔하고 조식도 부담없이 나옴 한국사람 입맛에 안 맞는것도 있으나 나름 괜찮음. 살면서 가장 멋진 sunset이었음.

생각보다 훨 괜찮았어요. 화장실이 오픈되어있는건 약간 민망하긴 했지만 그거 빼곤 다 좋았어요 공항 픽업도 가능!

I have email them from 2020 to request to change date, at first they told us will exchange date for us till we can travel out. When I call back to them at 2021 to request the travel date, they speak English with me but they told '' sorry I can't understand English'' and hang off my call. What a horrible experience is this, and I try to email back again to them regarding reschedule the date on 14 Match 2022, no one reply me until now. Can anyone pls take any action for this ? I tried to be nice too, but this is the worst experience I have and no one wanna help us to solve problem even I call and reach the number and I just get a reply '' I don't understand English'' and hang off my call. Really feel disappointed in this matter, while group of us planning to have a nice trip and this kind of things happen.
