I'm a regular customer at this hotel and i really do not like whoever has been running it. The man is not very nice and or talkative. I dont think the check in process should take as long as it does now either. I swear he scanned and typed my driver's license in the tablet thing multiple times and tkok multiple pictures of it. I literally was jjst here last weekend and went through this. Thks time he didnt asl me for my card like be did last time. I paid the same way and booked the same way through hotels.com. i just dont understand why he needs it 1 time and another time he don't. I will be looking for other motels and hotels to stay around here. Also the man needs to learn more English and speak more clear and if he can't there needs to be someone else who can. His foreign accent is horrible.
The room was dirty so dirty we left didn't spend the night there, and the smell in the building weed or something else not sure which, it was ridiculous so we went to Hannibal and stayed at the Days inn
So I have stayed at this place multiple times like at least once a month sometimes twice a month. I have never had any issues before. So I always make reservations online and its just an easy process normally. Well I go to check in last night and tell the man that I have a reservation and he didnt even let me finish talking he says something and i could barely understand him cause he had that strong foreign accent and then he puts his hands like in a square and id. So I give him my id. He looks at it and takes forever with it. Like scaned it 100 times and kept looking at his screen and whatever. He
then asks me for my credit card. I asked why cause I paid everything online and I have not had to do that before. He gets really weird so i give it to him and write stuff down with a pen and all he has is my card and id. That weirded me out. So he know wants me to sign some ipad thing. I again ask him is this all new cause this has never happened and I stay there a lot. Also the man who was working I'd never seen or dealt with before ever. He wasnt very friendly or welcoming. Idk if they got new owners from the last ones or what bjt it jjst not the same. The last owners were friendly and knew me and were easier to understand. So I went to the room and the bathroom was dirty and mirrors were nasty the walls had something splattered on them. Never got a room from there dirty like that before.
