The toilet in the room leaked and we put towels around the base to absorb the water. I told the front desk person who was going to send someone to fix it. When we returned, the toilet still leaked and the dirty towels were shoved under the sink. "Breakfast" was a joke! There was no one at the desk in the morning (8:15) and then someone came out of the back who had obviously been sleeping. At $177.00/night, while it may be less expensive than other places, it wasn't worth it.

Room was clean. Well stocked towels. Staff was pleasant. Good value. Right off the highway and easy to get to. Discount provided for neighboring Mexican Restaurant was a nice touch. Will stay there again without hesitation. Thank you

Thanks! The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and big. Tryvto go to the restaurant Cancun next to the hotel. Food is very good and pretty good service. You can have good tequîla shot and not taking your car for the return because its in the same parking lot!😀

We arrived on site at 10 pm after a long drive and the place was nearly all dark. There was no restaurant on site as advertised...but a Mexican restaurant in the same large lot. We got our key and when we got to the key access door to our part it was taped over for open access to anyone. We decided to go eat and whenwe got to Completely unacceptable and insafe!! The Mexican restaurant warned us about what went on. My partner went out to get stuff from our car and witnessed multiple vehicles coming and going that were not patrons. One "guest" quietly stated this is how they do it. One drug deal at a time. He then advised we might want to find lodging elsewhere. A hotel that has over 250 rooms had only 5 vehicles in the lot except for the ones coming and going. I have pictures and some video. We packed up at 1:00 am and left. This was unnerving, expensive as we couldn't get a room anywhere convenient . We had to pay over 100.00 more that night. I called the PBI when we arrived at a safe hotel and complained. He said he would refund me but that he has never heard any such complaint. A staff member at the new hotel said it's a know drug den... I suffer from a chronic illness that stress exacerbates and the stress made me miss the whole event I was even in town for. Refunding my roomrate didnt nearly cover the cost of PBI's actions and stress. The added stress room etc cost me double what it should have. Expedia published a false ad as well. This place was not sage,
