This is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. Excellent staff and exceptional service.

This hotel is located in joburg central , 15 min away from city central like sandton, Melrose arch etc. Great service and they serve a lovely pampering afternoon high tea. That said I do find the price is a tad too high for what it offers , for the same price in other countries, spa would have been included at this price point. I would reccomend if someone like to experience a little more luxurious and not want to spend this price to explore four season Westcliff hotel

We had a really wonderful stay in the peaceful, green haven that is The Saxon, right in the heart of Sandton. The staff are all amazing and nothing was too much trouble and being a breakfast lover, it was the perfect choice for me as the breakfast menu is OUTSTANDING!

The Saxon has always been an exceptional hotel. However, this time round the service and general feel and approach at the hotel was lacking. Perhaps they were just over busy. Pity.
