23.04.19The reception was not great. The lady who assisted me repeatedly got my name wrong even when I spelt it to her. She told me I wasn't booked there. She kept calling me Mhlongo. The noise level on the 3 rd floor was unbearable. There were people talking the whole night. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.
