Location is good just minutes away from almost everything. Staff is courteous and helpful, room is clean and bed is comfortable, AC is good and bathroom is nice with hot water. Breakfast is nice included with the room.

The price is somewhat higher than other hotels in Old Quarter but the rooms are quite large. Bathroom is very clean and large. The elevator is a little slow. The staff were very polite and accomodating, and stored my luggage for 2 extra days when we went on a cruise.

The bed and the pillows were great and constant hot water which is a massive bonus! Separate shower and toilet which is great. Free tea and coffee and water. We had a room with no windows which was perfect as the hotel was on a busy street but we couldn’t hear a thing. It was lovely. Breakfast was great, good selection of vegetarian options. Friendly staff. They do try and sell you their spa packages, but a firm no is ok. The only thing that was a bit rubbish was they are so eager to help When you arrive. Helping with suitcases etc… but the moment you check out you are on your own. No Helping of cases down the steps or opening the heavy front door for you whilst you get your cases out. Overall a nice hotel, good location and comfy bed

The check-in process was smooth, and the location is excellent.. very close to the walking street, which made getting around easy. However, we had a disappointing experience with the spa service. We were asked to wait for nearly an hour, possibly because the massage therapists were outsourced. After the long wait, the staff called us to come down, then called again shortly after to rush us, even mentioning that they were paying the therapists by the hour. As paying guests, this felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It was frustrating to be rushed when the delay was not on our end. For a place that promotes itself as a boutique hotel and spa, we expected better organization and readiness of services. We should have been given enough time to prepare instead of being hurried as soon as the therapists arrived. Overall, while the location and check-in were great, the spa experience needs significant improvement.

Its like an old cosy style hotel.. there a pool and sauna. They are so nice they provide what you need.. plus its in old quarter so everything u need is just walking distance.
