Really good luxurious property

Toooo good, highly recommend this place for a staycation. Beautiful heritage property, quiet environment, amazing staff and hospitality, all staff greets you with a smile always and is there to help you. Shivendra was always one call away. Food was amazing, rooms and stay beautiful. Must visit!

We were offered a room upgrade and were asked to wait sometime. After 40 mins, we were told it'll take another 30 mins at least. This was when we can requested for an early check-in already. They have open reception concept - so we had to wait outdoor in hot and humid weather which wasn't ideal either. Later we were given an upgrade to a room that was outside the fort -- had no staff to assist in that area, and every request took 20 mins. Given we were 3 adults in single room, the room had amenities for just 2 -- we weren't even given any additional bedding, and were asked to use the couch as a result had a terrible back pain. We paid around 10k INR additional for extra guest in room -- but seemed like a complete waste! We went for a birthday celebration and were offered "complementary cake" which we never got - worse, no one even bothered to check if it was delivered. The food and pool were the only great things! Restaurant staff were nice. The hotel management staff and facilities were poor -- nothing compared to even other normal 5 stars, let alone a luxury one.

I felt like royalty. This place is neither too small nor too big. Just perfect for an intimate holiday. The room is the best I've been in. The meals are amazing. The staff would do anything for you. Just loved it.

We had a fabulous time at the hotel! The regal suite was great and the staff were amazingly hospitable. The spa was also good and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Grateful to all the people at the hotel who made it memorable. The property itself is gorgeous but it's the people working there that truly make it amazing. Looking forward to returning!
