The stay wasn’t smooth nor enjoyable. First off, my room had a few roaches crawling around which is totally unacceptable. The hot tub didn’t work for 3 of 4 days I was stayed which is an amenity I went there for as I booked it for my husbands birthday weekend from January 17-20. Then it was an unexplained hotel evacuation on the 19th at the peak on the evening. Please do better.

A bit worn for wear; but it served its purpose after a long day at the museums. The sofabed had an unsightly stain when we opened it up to use for the evening; definitely bodily fluids or the like. After seeing, we decided to have the kiddos double up in the queen beds. Many options available at breakfast, AM breakfast staff friendly and courteous. Visited the pool early AM; all was clean and ready for guests. Daughter definitely made use of the empty pool before her AM breakfast. Again, well worn and would not stay more than one night… but served its purpose for rest and refuel for another day of museum and monument hopping,

Breakfast moved slow. Food was not that tasty and it was cold. Property was great. The indoor pool felt very slimy and the elevators moved extremely slow. Outside of that, great stay. Street parking is available. Hotel Garage parking $60

The omelet bar was fantastic. THe omelet chef even got a cheese that made my omelet, the very best. However, The same area became the "District Bar" in the evening and had a full menu of food to purchase. The District Bar kitchen was open until 10:00 PM. When we ordered at 9:00 PM we were told that 45% of the items listed on the menu ( soups, salads, meals on the Right side of the menu) were not available. I ordered 3 things from the left side of the menu and they were also not available. We waited over 45 minutes from arrival to the restaurant until our food arrived, and watched as neighboring table used door dash to get food delivered to the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently apologetic, and the hotel desk staff refunded us the destination tax fee for that day. The breakfast crew was far superior to the evening restaurant. We also had great service in the evening happy hour greeting by the food service.
