The spa was nice. The gotel itself could use a refresh and the air conditioner was not wprking in the whole hotel, but we made it work. Breakfast was nice

Very very good experience. Lovely staff, very quite destination, good meal and excelent spa. Large rooms and good matterace.

The room was great and the thermal spa was nice. The staff are hard working but there are too few for the size of hotel so we had to go looking for someone when we wanted to check out.

Hotel muito sofrível, aliás em linha com outros hotéis do mesmo grupo,?que tenho experimentado e que tentarei evitar de futuro. O quarto é razoável, mas a cama é má, não tem produtos de casa de banho, não tem roupão para uso da piscina, que não está incluída e é cara (para o que oferece) e o pequeno almoço é capaz de ter sido o pior que já tive em qualquer hotel (nos 30 minutos que lá estive não consegui ter acesso a talheres, não havia pão, não havia leite e as mesas estavam sujas. O único funcionário que servia as muitas mesas não conseguia fazer mais…)

4 Stars for what? This Hotel is quite by far one of the bad ones what I ever have seen in Portugal. Dinner a la Carte has not been possible and I had to chose between nothing (because the Hotel is in the outback) or getting overpriced buffet what has been supplied for a bus group. Food was cheapest of cheap at dinner and more worse at breakfast. Never ever again - before I will go there again, I will take my tent and buy some food anywhere. This will be better then theirs... SPA is to pay extra and closes at 19:00h. When you are on a business trip - no chance to get there.
