Staff was very nice!

Loved the staff. Great room super comfy.

This place received a nice remodel since the last time we visited a couple of years ago. The room felt decently clean, however, we asked for a room refresh (clean towels, bedsheets, trash taken out) after 2 nights staying there and they didn’t get to our room. The walls were super thin as well and I could hear people talking in the middle of night/early morning. We will likely stay again as the place is generally clean and staff is very nice

The property was nice for the area, and we were excited to stay. Unfortunately, upon setting everything up in our hotel late night and once we got into the room, there were urine and feces stains on our bed sheet, and hair. It clearly had not been washed. Upon notifying the property management, they did not offer any sort of recompensation or credit towards the room stay, and were relatively unphased by the incident, simply responding that they will "talk to the house cleaning staff." We were extremely and obviously disgusted for the bed sheets we were already in to find them in that state, and will for sure be seeking someplace else that has a higher standard of cleanliness in the future.
