The property is lovely but what makes this place incredible are the staff. Our lovely driver who was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful drove us to see the large cat sanctuary one afternoon and was so helpful and kind. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and Thelma helped us unravel flight issues when SA air kept sending mixed responses. Thank you, as we were sleep deprived from the long journey there. The food and service at the restaurant was world class, but again, it was the kindness are care of the staff that made this place exemplary.

Loved the grounds and the rooms were nice size and well maintained. The only down side to our room was that it smelled a little like a sewer in the bathroom.
