I have stayed at this property 3 times prior and had a great experience. This visit, we were placed right by the staff door that slammed constantly…all day! I asked that we be moved, and then we were moved next to a room with a dog that barked all day!

We checked in and after two hours, checked out and left. The odors were strong. There was black mold coming from the leaking AC unit inside the 2nd bedroom. The AC only cooled one of the two rooms. We opened the vent and puffs of dust came from the ventilation. The floors were disgusting and the lamp base had some unknown sticky substance on its base. The second bedroom door locked from the inside and we couldn't open it. The front desk simply said they have no keys to open it and the manager suggested a locksmith. No locksmiths were available for at least 48 hours (we were only staying the one night.) We were not offered another room or any other compensation. I asked them what would have happened if my toddler had gotten locked inside that room or if there was an emergency and we had to evacuate. To which they replied "sorry" and that we would have had to call the fire department in that case. We left the unsafe hotel and it's dismissive staff with haste.
