Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must.

Property is definitely run down and smells very musty- especially with all the rain and carpet being everywhere not ideal for rainy locations. NO ELEVATORS! I did not see this until I read a Google review, helping 3 small children and all our luggage is not practical to the 3rd(technically 4th) floor. (I did not know our room was the 4th floor until the night before or else I would have cancelled for a refund) Quick walk to the beach, and individual room was very clean. You do NOT get housekeeping- so make sure you bring plenty of laundry soap to wash towels as you only get enough for one each person. This room in particular had SO MUCH furniture in the kitchen/living area, it just seemed unnecessary and was hard to maneuver.

What I liked about the property was the easy access to the beach and the pool was nice. The condo setup and decoration was very nice. What I didn't like was that maintenance was on the balcony during check-in and then came back early Saturday morning to continue working on the balcony, which we never got a chance to sit outside and experience. Also, there were supposed to be 2 parking passes, however, when I checked in there was only 1. I contacted customer service and they had someone provide one, however it didn't not match the official one that we had. I was nervous that my car was going to get towed due to the rules and restrictions. There were alot of rules and restrictions and the air conditioners were outdated. Also, because we were on the 3rd floor, there were alot of stairs to go up which was not ideal for a senior.
