Halls smelled like weed. Bathtub drained very slowly and I was standing in a few inches the whole shower. The shower curtain was dragging in the puddled water in the shower. Only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth provided in a 2 queen bed room. No hand soap in room- had to ask front desk. Stains on bedsheets

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing due to the lack of staff and basic service. We requested our room to be cleaned and asked multiple times for fresh towels, but nothing was ever done. When we went to the front desk to follow up, there was no one there at all — which was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the hotel advertises a pool, but it wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, the poor communication and lack of service completely overshadowed what could have been an okay experience.
