If you’re looking for a very clean hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond look no further. This is the place. All aspects of this hotel exceeded my high expectations. The morning breakfast is fantastic! So many choices. The pool is fabulous. With a bartending staff that are fun and also very professional. I have stayed in many high end hotels and I gotta say this one is right up there. Many thanks to the wonderful staff. Damon

room ok, staff very pleasant, my only complaint is that i had room with lounge access as i knew i will arrive late and wanted to have a quick bite to eat and few drinks in peace. lounge supposed to be open till 11 pm and it was but all food and drinks have been cleared at 10:30 pm when i arrived. i would expect more from 5* hotel especially when i booked special rate with lounge access. Why keep it open if nothing available well before closing time....disappointed

Our stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Saigon was an absolute delight. The hotel combines elegant style with modern comfort, and it’s ideally located for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and refined. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thoughtful touches throughout the property added to the sense of luxury and care. The rooftop pool and bar were a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day with sweeping views of the city. The gym was also excellent: modern, well-equipped, and very clean. One of the true highlights was the amazing buffet breakfast, featuring food from around the world. From fresh fruit and pastries to Asian specialties and Western classics, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Throughout our stay, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sofitel Saigon and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
