HORRIBLE! I do NOT recommend! My family and I traveled 10+ hours there and I called asking if I could pay extra to check in early. I was told yes and to call 30min before my arrival. I did this and was told they were still cleaning the apartment. So not a big deal we just decided to walk around since we were told that it shouldn’t be much longer. When we got back after about 45 min of walking it still was NOT ready we just got off the road from driving 10+hours and are extremely exhausted but Again no big deal because I’m trying to be understanding and I want a clean place to sleep so we just decided to sit in the lobby after being told again it wouldn’t be much longer and it would be another 20min and that We could check in after 4 ( We got there at 3:00) . So we just set and waited. We did not check in until near 6pm!!! We ended up taking naps in the lobby( very uncomfortable by the way) My family and I had plans of doing the boat tours in Miami since that was our first time visiting and were unable to do so because we couldn’t make it to the boat due to late check in and not having access to our rooms to change and get ready!

This was listed as 5 start property. However, there weren't even coffee or tea, nor microwave in the room. The arrangement with the digital keys was a nightmare to use and on the check out date we even got stuck going back from the gym as our key was unexpectedly deactivated at 11.15am (even though they told us check out was 1pm), and our kids got locked in the room. They were accommodating with early check-in/late check out though and we appreciated this as it was perk of booking through hotels.com. However, for this price and star rating, overall experience was definitely below expectations.
