Clean and spacious room, very good AC, hot shower and great location. Food is also very good!

Almost all it’s air conditioning is in bad condition not working well. The same goes for their fans. Not recommending this hotel.

cheap accom in a great location but noisy when music live or playing from restaurant downstairs. good verandah area outside rooms.

We were really disappointed with this place, for one main raison, the pictures don't match with the reality. They replace the pool area and boutique style facade, with a bar for locals with BBQ and very loud Karaoke, they shortened the pool, so you don't feel like swimming in. The staff is never at the counter when you need help. In the other end the rooms looked like the pictures, they were clean and the bed really comfortable. Quite noisy obviously. The common area on the terrasses are quite pleasant. Finally the location is really good as you are close to the Mekong River, the royal Palace, the district with all the night life, as well as all the interesting and cultural sightseeing. I rarely write messages for booking apps, I just felt to share for futur customer, that it won't be what you expect, like a safe heaven in the middle of the city.

Great value for money. The owners are to friendly. Clean rooms.
