Yes the room was clean and the beds were made every day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not familiar with the listing via hotels.com and were not transparent with mandatory valet parking.

This was a gift for my granddaughters 21st bday! After talking with her, she said it was very nice, modern, great valet parking, and a good location to the wharf area!

Yes. Bell Hop staff was courteous and helpful. Only have valet parking option for the hotel so you may want to prepare for that if you want to. Other than that, everything has been great.
