The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. The reception staff were poor, including the rudest and most unhelpful person I have come across in my years of travelling. She not only did not provide appropriate information such as WiFi code, breakfast service, but appeared to know very little about the running of the hotel. She snatched my passport away, looked thoroughly annoyed to be asked for any kind of help and gave a very bad impression of the entire place

Very professional and helpful staff. We wanted to visit mount nemrut and they made arrangements for us very efficiently and conveniently. We loved our stay as rooms were very spacious.

Karşılama mükemmel değil güzeldi. Odalar konforluydu. Ancak yan tarafındaki düğünden dolayı geç saatlere kadar ses vardı. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

This hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well-kept! The breakfast was nice. We order room service which was delicious as well. We even used the laundry service too which was quick and more affordable than most hotels. The check in was so quick and they made everything so easy. The only 2 downsides are that the hotel is right behind/ to the side of run-down gas station. As well, it is right next to a wedding salon which plays loud music from 8 pm to 12/1 am. There is nothing the hotel can do about it though. We ended us sleeping ok but the thumping from the loud music and bass were really uncomfortable. Plus we had a 2 year old and it was a bit hard to get her to sleep 1 of the nights. If you come during the week days, then you may not have this problem.
