The people that are absolutely wonderful anything they could do to help they were always there

Staff are so friendly. The room is clean but could still be improved.

My stay at Asiana Hotel started off fine with fast check-in and courteous staff. The room given to me was quite small, and because there was no window and no sunlight streaming through, the room had that not well-ventilated smell. I requested to be transferred to another room, but because it was the peak season and because of problems with the shower head in the room I will occupy, I was only transferred after four days of of my six-day stay. Wi-fi was also down. The perks though: the room I was transferred to was clean and roomy. Thank goodness there was already a table I could use for eating and for my laptop. The staff were very polite and helpful. The attached restaurant served delicious pastries.

It is a nice hotel, that needs updating. The lobby air system is either underpowered, or did not work, but overall a nice hotel. The employees are very friendly.

I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
