In March I made reservations for 9 rooms, with the requirement that 1-2 of the rooms have ADA-compliant bathrooms. I went there in person to verify in early April, but wasn't allowed to see a room that would meet ADA requirements for my brother-in-law, arriving from a 10-hour journey. The bathroom door was impossible for a handicapped person to enter in a wheelchair nor with adequate support from a person because it was so small inside, too. There was no grab-bar by the toilet as I had asked to verify and see in person, only by the bathtub, high up. All rooms were to be non-smoking. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS. When I checked in at night, my room had to be a smoking room: opposite of my non-smoking requirement - in writing - for ALL rooms when making the reservation. The refrigerator didn't work in the handicapped persons room, either. After getting upset that nothing that met the requirements for reserving rooms well ahead of time were met, I was finally offered a non-smoking room. The showerhead and doorstop had black mold on it and the bathtub plug hardly worked. Really POOR experience in every sense!
