I booked a hotel called Orchids Hotel to find that it's now the Bed Box hotel. An apt name as the room was little more than a "box". By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No window, no closet, no dresser, no where to hang or store clothing. No in room coffee, no toilet paper. The shower and toilet facility were on the same level so I was constantly standing in water. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. They charged me for an extra blanket. I was embarrassed for my girlfriend and immediately looked for another hotel. We stayed only 2 nights having found a superior hotel, the Lenox Hotel, for 8 nights. This cost me an additional $516 as the Bed Box refused a refund. I intend to persue this further with Expedia.

The name Orchid Hotel as stated online does not even exist anymore! It's now called Bedbox hotel. It's not a three-star hotel either. It's probably the lowest in the category. Although I called the same phone number (of the hotel) when booking, they do not remember talking to anybody. Thereupon checking in, the booking number and all details do not match what they had, including the number of rooms or nights. I even requested previously for early checking in and I was informed that I had to pay extra hours for the stay. At early morning like 4am and with four people, we were offered a room that looked like a box with a very small window. Please amend your website's contents on this hotel.

Nice hotel but under repair. Need more improvement. Staffs are very friendly.
