다른 일본 호텔에 비해서 방 크기가 상당히 여유롭고 청소 상태가 좋습니다 화장실과 욕실도 분리되어 있어요 대욕장은 깨끗하지만 규모나 시설이 아쉽습니다

Clean and comfortable hotel with very nice, helpful staff. The location is excellent—making it extremely convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was awesome! It really showcased all the wonderful local flavors of Otaru, and it was the perfect way to spend our last morning in Japan with such amazing food. The room was very clean, functional, and modern. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but the room was a relaxing and comfortable place to recharge during our trip. There were a couple of minor downsides. The fan in the bathroom was a bit too weak, so the ventilation could be better. Also, in the public bath area, there were many tourists who didn’t seem to know how to use the facilities or follow the bathing etiquette, which was a little disappointing. However, this is not the hotel’s fault – it really comes down to how guests choose to behave in such a nice facility. The parking was excellent. The staff kindly helped us use the indoor automatic parking system, so our car was protected from the piles of snow overnight.

お節料理を一通り堪能できました。お雑煮もとても美味しかったです。 ホテル全体が清潔で、木目中心の内装で落ち着きました。 お風呂が混んでいて、脱衣所も満杯。あと少し広くて、サウナも作ったりしたら、申し分ないです。

Great location with easy access to the canal and all tourist attractions. Parking is limited and need to be there early to get a spot
