래디슨 블루 리조트 푸꾸옥

The room and amenities were great. The beach is nice and calm and we always found chairs available. The breakfast is extensive, with lots of food options. The gym is pretty good and the area is well kept. There’s hammocks and lots of things to do. Great for families. The music from the place next door is loud and annoying but it does end around 1am. I don’t think there’s much they can do about this though. For us, the biggest disappointment was the hotel staff. They aren’t welcoming or helpful. From the moment we arrived until we left, every time we asked something it was an annoyance for them. One day they didn’t do our room which we were fine with, but we saw a person around 3pm and asked for our trash to be emptied and asked for water but he was annoyed at it. As if we were crazy to ask for this. They did come later and cleaned our room. I also noticed in the breakfast, there was a staff in training and they treated him really poorly. The only staff member we do want to praise was Claire in the Annex restaurant. Even though there were 4 or 5 staff there, she was doing all the work, got no help or support from her peers, and still treated us great. Other than that, really poor customer service in the restaurants or pool bar.

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht und eine schöne große Suite bekommen. Man konnte leider nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen, da eine Riesen Beachbar nebenan richtig Lärm macht mit sehr lauter Musik und permanenten Laserstrahlern und das jeden Tag bis 2 Uhr. Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert.

Great beach, clear water, rooms are clean.

12月に3日間滞在しました。チェックイン時に、お部屋が準備されておらず、多少待ちましたが、スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で滞在中は、大変お世話になりました。ホテルから無料のシャトルバスやカートがたくさん運行しており、どこに行くにも便利でした。 朝食のメニューが豊富でクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。ぜひまた利用したいです。
