No complaints! We were especially lucky to have room #101 right next to our car, the lobby, breakfast and the pool. But wherever you are, this is a solid hotel for the price, with a great pool, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were friendly. We were staying in a pet friendly room; however, the carpet was really dirty. I recommend wood planking in these first level rooms; it would be cleaner for us and our fur buddies. But it was nice they had an area for pets to relieve themselves instead of trying to find a grassy area.

Stayed here with my 15 yr old daughter for a sports tournament, check in gal was rude & loved rolling her eyes , our room had 4 stains on the floor , doors to “patio “ wick is only a door to the parking lot was filthy & didn’t open/close/ lock properly , pool was cloudy . Pretty sure the lady next door lives & works there … she stared/ glared at us . Request for maid service was take out trash only asked for new towels did not get them. The 2 lampshades were torn and dirty . I went to discuss my room issue , was told by the front the desk he he was new …. Offered no help & I had to leave for my daughter’s game. The restaurant was pricey , the food bland but the waitress was as sooooo kind ! The doors to outside do not lock all though they are suppose to. I will say the water pressure was good !

Tina was exceptional checking us in at 3:30 am. Always friendly and tending to our needs. Ilene did a great job accommodating us with breakfast items to take to our room at 8:30 a.m. once we woke up from driving all night. Room was clean, sheets crisp, and we slept so well. And a final note, the pet area outside is a specially designed area with Astro turf and sloped with sprinklers and gated with plenty of doggy bags. Also well lit for late night outings. Thank You Desert Garden Inn!!

Very accommodating staff, great location, allows pets, and very comfortable beds. We would stay here again.
