Quarto de acordo com o valor pago, o problema é que elevador não funcionava e não foi oferecida nenhuma ajuda para subir com a mala ao 3º andar, nem foi dada orientação previa sobre o defeito no elevador. Também, com relação à taxa municipal, a equipe poderia ter trocado, mas não tinha e eu acabei ficando com um euro a menos. Por fim, na saída, tive dificuldade de abrir a porta do meu quarto e por isso consegui sair pela janela e abrir a porta pelo lado de fora para tirar minhas malas.
I want a refund. This places was terrible. There is no staff to help you in and find your room. My friend and I were let into the building by a guy with a key from the next door store and put in an elevator with no directions. The building was very dark and old. We were very scared during this experience and immediately booked a real hotel down the road.
Totally acceptable. The check in not being untill 4pm was a little annoying but it was properly advertised so I can't complain too much. The outside building doesn't leave much to admire, but the room was relatively clean, bed was pretty comfy and the AC worked great. Perfectly fine place to stay with a decent location and a great price. Would recommend overall.
Our flight was delayed and we tried to communicate with the hotel several times with no response from them. I sent at least 3 differents messages 72hours before to ask questions and then to communicate our flight problems but no response. It added an unnecessary stress to our trip.
Room was ok, but walls and terrace were a little bit dirty. We had access to a kitchen but it was the bare minimum. We searched for mug to have our coffee but there was none. Other guests took the only mug to their room but one mug for several rooms that are sharing one kitchen is obviously not enough...
On the plus side : Cheap and next to Metro station.
For travellers on a budget just looking for a place to sleep, this is a great option if you don’t care about minor cosmetic defects (scuffed paint, older building etc). It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Not advised for travellers with mobility issues however as the elevator wasn’t always working. There is some noise heard from other units, but that is not unexpected in a hostel type of accommodation. My main concern was that the guesthouse was not reachable in advance to answer questions by phone or email, and did not open the front door when I buzzed. I had to get let into the building by another guest, but once I got into the building they were friendly and the check in was easy.
