The apartments were lovely but for a 2 week stay it felt quite cosy and lacking in room for 6 people. I would recommend for max 4 in the one we had. (There are 6 apartments in total - others may be bigger). The location was ideal as just a 2 minute walk from the main square and shops/bars. The lady who runs the apartments was lovely and very accommodating for anything extra we needed.

Horrific stay. The whole set up is very dubious and there is a cash upfront cleaning fee. Other guests had called the police on management during our stay.

Not often I post a review but felt I should warn others of this hotel. The pictures shown on the site were not what we were booked into. We were in an apartment away from the main hotel so had no area to sit outside our apartment without having to walk 300 yards to the main hotel. Felt like visitors when we sat there for the short while and not like hotel guests. Disappointing apartment with hardly any natural light. Had I know that's what we were booking I would not have booked it.

We were really excited when we arrived at the hotel, the exterior is lovely and very inviting. Once inside we were a little disappointed as our rooms were much smaller than pictured. We were also asked to pay an additional €70 to cover a cleaning fee and city tax. Even though our booking confirmation advised all fees and taxes were included the one staff memenwr we met face to face demanded we pay. Following a closer inspection it came to light that one shower only had freezing cold water, the other was near boiling and if you were taller than 5'2" you couldn't fit in it as it has been built under the staircase. The wardrobe in the main bedroom couldn't be used as the doors were completely jammed. We were told the safe was broken but given no explanation as to why and no alternative to store our valuable possessions. There were also several other issues around general maintenance and cleanliness. When I raised the issues with the staff member she called the building manager who was incredibly rude and offered us no solution despite 3 other apartments becoming vacant that day. We were advised an engineer would come to fix the shower and that the doors would be fixed, nobody ever came. I have since made a formal complaint. I strongly advise you to reconsider this accommodation.
