Clean and comfortable rooms. Good staff and breakfast. But the pool table doesn't work and they did not fix it so thats not professional. And juice was full of water in one of the dispenser. Overall its was amazing. Tranport to airport amd the underground is just 5 minutes. You can take 105 and 111 to the airport But hotelhoppa is the worst transport

Room was very basic, but clean. Wish there was some storage area. It would've been nice to have more than just a couple of hangers to put my clothing on. There was no closet or drawers. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a nice modern lobby with snacks and food on-site. Airport shuttle stop is right on the premises. Would stay again if I needed to be close to the airport while in London.
