its budget and the room is so small. also the elevator a bit concerning. everything else is okay.

The room and facilities were good value for money. Staff was cooperative too.

Don't know what to say, dirty, smelly, small rooms, I had very bad experience,

The staff was very rude. At the time of booking specially requested for a Nonsmoking room. The room smelled bad and looked like some was smoking a lot there. When the issue was brought into the receptionist notice his simple reply was," contact the booking agent". He was not even bothering to listen. The door handle was broken and one had to struggle to open the door. The towels were dirty and stained. One towel was so old ghat it was ripped at the sides and threads were hanging all around. The bed sheets were not changed for all 4 night stays. Toilet paper were provided at special request. Wash room was dirty and had bad stains on tiles. The cleaning team was coming and straightening the bedsheets only. Please please do not stay there. For the first time ever I booked a hotel without reading comments and I regret. NOT RECOMMENDED.
