Room was clean, had some problems but every time we said something to the front desk, they were always quickly to resolve the problem.

Wonderful hotel with great service!

Property need some fixing specially washroom sink and internet is really bad at this hotel

The foood was ok, the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel did not have our reservation ready an hour after check in . There were people in the room still. They tried to get us to relocate to another horrible hotel but we refused. It took them two hours to relocate the people in the room and clean it. We received the room at 3:30 pm and were waiting since 1:00 . Absolutely unacceptable The reception was full of cigarette smoke. The beds were squeeky. The king was two twins squished together so it was uncomfortable. The size of the room was great but the we didn’t have towels and requested the shower tube to be replaced. The bathroom was full of rust . The noise was so much. Cars beeping through the day , night and morning. I was extremely frustrated by the front desks lack of professionalism.
