Great staff. Towels were dingy but clean. Featuval made it hard to park and they didn’t have a solution but we managed

reception is far from friendly, not feeling welcomed at all,. weak wifi connection. no dinner service. breakfast is poor.

The Hotel is nicely located in the town adjacent to a small market. The staff at Hotel is minimal and no one is available to assist for luggage as you have to carry about 14 stairs to reach the Reception floor. No Electric kettle provided in room. No complimentary water drinking bottles in Room and you are advised to drink from tap water. Limited spread of Breakfast and no option available for getting even basic egg omlette. Only solace, the mountain/ valley view outside the Hotel is majestic

When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. We had to pay more for the extra bed. The next day (we stayed for two days) we hung up a doorhanger with the message 'please clean the room'. We didn't receive any clean towels although we left the dirty towels on the ground. The cleaning ladies hung up the dirty towels again. They only made up the beds but didn't clean the room at all. There was no swimming pool although it was mentioned. For breakfast they served instant coffee for 'better coffee' from the machine you had to pay. The ladies who served the breakfast were nice, that's the only positive thing except for the fact that the room was quiet.

The booking description doesn’t promise a lot, but the service really brings the experience down alot. The staff is overall unhelpful and resistant. The hotel is a simple one, and a little worn down - as expected. However, the cleaning is not excellent and the rooms dark. The air conditioning does not work, so you have to sleep with the window open. This means that all sounds from the street and terrace is very audible in the room. We could unfortunately not sleep due to cara racing on the street throughout the night. The breakfast is dry and meager at best, and when you ask the staff for help they seem bothered. I do not recommend for this price, especially if you are a tourist as service is very low. They do seem friendlier to locals that know the language, so it might be more suitable for commuters.
