Stayed 2 nights in a clean quiet room at the back of the building, all the furnishings and fixtures were brand new, good fridge Received a nice little welcome bag with a map and other things There's a shared kitchen area which we used to reheat some restaurant leftovers Great central location downtown, steps away from Davie Street, venues on Granville and the seawall for a walk around the water edge The Templeton Diner down the street does great breakfasts and coffee The building's also close to the skytrain station in yale town and bus routes that connect to the rest of vancouver - so we could easily get back from almost anywhere

The staff were lovely! We especially loved our front desk agent from Italy who was lovely enough to help us carry our baggage up the stairs

my suite was directly in front of a nightclub I had no sleep. Not ideal at all for what I paid

Room smell can be improved, staff were okay, everything else was so-so. Good spot in the middle of town tho.
