Really enjoyed my stay here and what a view.

Embraced the negative views and stayed there. Wish stayed another night. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Despite 2 layers of windows, gets a bit road noise but I had earplugs from my latest long houl, so had no issues. Things worked well. Just that it needs a general touch up to make things shine, but then that is available at anohter hotel for twice the price. This place is well price performance ratio.

Although the hotel itself was fine, I felt the staff were incompetent, inhospitable and rude. I booked for 1 night and when I arrived they told me that I had no booking on their system even though I showed proof of my booking confirmation and passport, they left me waiting at the reception desk for nearly 30mins not knowing what was going on. When my booking finally came through on their system they just handed me key with no apology, very unprofessional service.
