We stayed at Smile Hotel for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. - Staff: Nice people that can speak good english; - Room: Good! We thought it would be a little bigger that it actually was but still it was very clean (they clean it everyday), and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (kettle, mini bar, hairdryer, etc. - Amenities: Great! The roof top pool is quite small but it’s nice and clean. The same for the deck area, much smaller than we thought but with some deck chairs, a table and a WC with shower (very helpful if you’re arriving before check in or leaving after check out). The Internet is also good and they have some shadow areas, so you can work at the pool, however we couldn’t find any power outlet nearby. - Location: Very good! Close to the beach (5 min walking) and to local restaurants, mini markets and stores. - Internet: Very good! The day we arrived they were having some problems with the Wi-fi but after a couple of hours the problem was solved and the internet was working perfectly. Summing up this was a 10/10.

Stayed 5 nights, upgraded to Premier room for the last 3, no complaints, quiet, comfortable and good WiFi

Spent 5 nights at the hotel in total, the last 3 in a Premier City View room, which was very good. Room cleaned as required,Internet fast so could use my fire stick. Did not try breakfast,walking distance to the beach. Have laundry service. Only problem was not a good fridge in room, just a chiller box which was not cold enough.

I tried booking with another place, but it was a batten switch. I booked with this hotel and it was not only cheaper but the hotel staff was fantastic. The manager at the front desk was incredible and I am so thankful for this hotel. It is across the road from the beach. I have no complaints and I am without any regret.
