A little gem. This place is clearly a local hub. The restaurant and bar had a great buzz. The service and food were excellent as was the room. Definitely recommend and will stay again when I’m in the area.

My husband recently stayed at this lovely family run hotel and was really impressed. Before his arrival they even called ahead to ask if he’d like them to reserve his tea time slot in case it filled up, such a thoughtful touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. They also went the extra mile by preparing him a packed lunch for the next day, which was much appreciated while he was working away. He’ll definitely be staying here again whenever he’s in the area for work.

Room was spacious, and quiet. People of the town , Tarland, are super nice and helpful. Breakfast delicious, and a lot of food. The service was above and beyond. Also, the dinners are fabulous if you decide to eat at the restaurant downstairs! We hope to be back!

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food was delicious. Rooms were veryclean and comfortable, lovely decor.
